Our office is conveniently located in the Carmel Medical Pavilion at 11911 North Meridian Street, Suite 180. We are three blocks north of 116th Street, just minutes north of I-465 and Meridian Street.

• From I-465 East: Take the Meridian Street exit and turn right (north). Go north for approximately one mile to 116th Street. Turn right (east) on 116th Street. At the next traffic light, Pennsylvania Street, turn left (north). New Horizon Pediatrics is in the Community Medical Pavilion - Carmel on the left side of Pennsylvania Street.
